-alternating jumping lunges

afternoon of class, I spent almost 4 hours in the lab running proteins????
trust me, I know what it’s like to get home after a long day & want
to lay on the couch. I promise the feeling of walking confidently in
your bikini instead of hiding under a one piece & a cover up/saronge
is worth it!
