Tasty Tuesday Tip: This is as much a healthy eating tip as it is a budget tip. A great way to reduce the cost of your grocery bill and to keep your meals new and exciting is to eat seasonally! The fall and winter months bring a lot of warm and savory dishes, so do your best to tweak your eating habits with the changing seasons. Sometimes, we slip into “go mode” and buy the same things at the grocery store each week, but make an effort to see what’s new in the store ((often times, these in season items are at their lowest prices of the year)). You can also keep your meals fresh by changing how you prepare them; I love baking and using the crockpot during the cooler months, whereas I enjoy skillet meals and salads during the summer!

I did these chest and shoulders circuits today and after I did the HIIT cardio you posted yesterday. I loved it!! It's such a good feeling when you leave the gym feeling accomplished and like you got an awesome work out done. 🙂
There's literally no better feeling – it's like you can take on the world! Good for you, girl; I'm glad you loved it!
Have a great week, Amberly!
