Whether this is the 15th meal plan & workout schedule you’re following or the very first one, I am so grateful to be a small part of your health and fitness journey. It fills my life with so much love and happiness to be able to share a meal idea with you, a workout with you, to hear your feedback, to connect with you via my blog, social media, email, etc., and to simply know you’re gaining confidence by living a healthy lifestyle.
The entire experience of blogging and turning my blog into a business has been a complete dream come true (an an unexpected whirlwind to be quite honest). Just out of curiosity, is this macro split & calorie amount made with the goal in mind of cutting body fat while gaining lean muscle? Or just one or the other? Just curious, because my workouts look a lot like yours and macro splits always intrigue me. I'm always afraid to make my fat level higher than 45-50, even though I'm trying to eat 1800 calories a day as well. You don't think 60 is too high? I trust your judgement! You look great!
