Shoulders – 3/28

Shoulders:
-cable side lateral raises
     -superset with “steering wheels” using a plate
-standing dumbbell shoulder press
-barbell upright row
-bent over rear delt raises
     -superset with rear delt high cable pulls using rope

TIP OF THE DAY: Someone yesterday told me “I wish I had time to workout everyday.” While we may know some who are the exception, the majority of individuals out there work full-time, are students, mothers/fathers, wives/husbands, girlfriends/boyfriends, etc. & have laundry list of responsibilities their committed to each day. These individuals do not necessarily have time for the gym, instead they make time; shift your  mindset from “I don’t have time” to “I will make time!.” When you can wrap your head around this idea, you will be surprised at how many times you are able to fit a workout in to your busy schedule!

Even over my beloved backside, my shoulders are my #1 priority right now – do you think if I’d water them, they’d grow?! I’m pretty willing to do whatever it takes 😉

 My mom actually got me hooked on this song; I love it because it puts me in such a joyful mood during a morning workout, which carries on throughout the day 🙂
