-wide grip lat pull down machine (drop sets)
Glutes:
-stiff legged dead lifts
-superset with box jumps
-donkey kicks
-superset with jumping lunges
-leg press (high and wide stance)
-yoga class
TIP OF THE DAY: Healthy living is not something that can simply be bought. You
may belong to the nicest gym, have the best trainer, and buy the
healthiest food, but that doesn’t mean you are healthy. Make it an
ACTIVE and PROGRESSIVE process; training and eating clean requires hard
work and consistency. What you put in is a direct reflection of what you
get and the results you see! There’s no faking fitness. Let’s get it

are many wonderful reasons to live a healthy and fit lifestyle and this
is just one of them…to feel confident in a bikini???? Keep in mind,
feeling confident does not mean you have to have the best body on the
beach; it’s about looking and feeling your personal best!
