Biceps:
-Single arm dumbbell curls
-Dumbbell hammer curls
-Machine preacher curl
Triceps:
-Cable rope push downs
-Superset with triangle push ups
-Overhead plate extensions
-Superset with cable kickbacks
TIP OF THE DAY: Saturday slump?! Do you find yourself in a rut on Saturday?! Here are a few of my tips for making the most out of the weekend. 1) Wake up at a reasonable time. After a week of work and waking up early, you may be tempted to not set an alarm, but I highly recommend waking up at a time that sets you up for a successful day 2) Make a to-do list! When you write on and can visualize all the tasks you want to accomplish that day, you are more likely to actually do just that! 3) ENJOY! Weekends are meant to be enjoyed, so don’t feel guilty for setting aside time for social activities, friends, family, and fun!
