I plan our workouts for the entire year… if you’ve been with me for some time, you know we bounce between seasonal fitness challenges, new plans and switch up fitness calendars. The switch up calendars are collabs that use plans in new ways – fun for the mind & a new challenge for the body.
Until the new summer plan and challenge kick off in a few weeks, I put together this calendar.
I’m calling it “Fittest Self this Summer” because that’s exactly what I want it to be for us. The training focus is on the glutes, abs and cardio and we are keeping the workout duration right around 30 mins.

HOW TO USE THE CALENDAR:
1. Download the Calendar + Save – click the download link (don’t just save the picture; the PDF will provide a clearer image). I suggest saving a copy to your phone (I like to copy it to iBooks) and print another (I’m old school and love a hard copy lol, anyone else?!)
