ConfidenceKini- Upper Body Weighted Workout (W4D1)

We are halfway though the ConfidenceKini Challenge… now that I officially extended it by one week. I’m really into keeping track of my progress within a time frame. I like to know when I’m 75% into completing a task or 1/3 through a book or half way through a challenge. It’s some sort of motivation for me. Halfway is always an opportunity for me to pause, see if there are things I can tweak to improve upon and move forward with a better strategy.
