ConfidenceKini- Cardio & Abs (W5D3)

Here is a much needed break from lifting! 30 minutes of low intensity, steady state cardio does me so much good… both my body and my mind. I love the break from the gym. I almost always make this a fast-paced walk day and if I’m lucky, the weather cooperates and I can go outside for cardio. What do you do for LISS day? What’s your go to?
