It’s a day off from lifting which is my change to focus on working out all my muscle tightness and tension. I highly suggest adding in 5-10 minutes of foam rolling and/or stretching to the end of this workout. As we progress through a challenge, our muscles endure more and more stress (did you know workouts are actually considered a stressor for the body); it’s “good” kind of stress but to keep it beneficial, we have to make sure recover is a priority too! So, don’t forget to stretch it out today.
