CONFIDENCEKINI CHALLENGE – WEEK 1 SCHEDULE

The ConfidenceKini Challenge begins tomorrow! Every Sunday, I like to put together a schedule overview so you can see what we will be up to each day. For those of you with the Premium Challenge Pack, you get access to your week of workouts today! Check your access link for those!

The ConfidenceKini workouts combine weights and cardio to create quick, circuit workouts focused on getting fit and lean. This style of workouts is definitely my sweet spot so I couldn’t be more excited for this week of workouts to roll out.

Like I said, here is the schedule overview. To see the full workout, you’ll need to swing by here (LaurenGleisberg.com) each day. The workout gets posted around midnight so no matter how early you workout each AM, you’ll have it!
