It’s Day 5 of the 7 to 30×30 challenge. To gear up for the upcoming launch of the new 30×30 Fat Loss Shred plan, we are doing 30×30 style workouts.
Day 5 is a good one with some new moves from the plan that I particularly like: tricep roll backs, in and out bicep curls, underhand push ups. It’s a fast-paced workout but pretty much all of them are lol.
