“On the last day of fitness, LG gave to me: a killer leg and cardio workout.” Happy last day of the Fitmas Challenge! The goal behind this challenge is to help you feel your very best throughout the holiday season. It’s about getting in a quick workout, eating healthy meals and enjoying every bit of the festivities. I hope that’s exactly what these past 5 weeks have been for you. I can’t wait to take on 2018 together. Check back in December 27th for the new plan.
