30 minutes of steady state cardio (running, walking, hiking, biking, swimming, stair stepping or cardio equipment of choice)
CORE (complete 4 rounds)
30 sec – side plank (right), pg 9
30 sec – side plank (left), pg 9
Maximum hold – plank, pg 7

In a world that can feel very dark, let’s make a little extra effort to see the beauty. It’s so prevalent in the natural world around us. Spend a few minutes taking it in today… sit on your patio, walk a trail, visit a pumpkin patch, watch the birds. Find the beauty that nature places around you!
