Let’s end the week with a weighted arm workout. I put high plank movements in between every bicep and tricep exercises in the circuits below. It kept tension on the arm muscles but also recruited the abs and a bit of cardio. I was definitely feeling the burn and a high heart rate: a feeling I love!
