Welcome to your Week 1 Fitness Schedule for the Fall Challenge. You can expect this schedule overview every Sunday. It’s for your planning purposes because we all seem to love planning out our weekly schedule #success 

What is a schedule overview?

A schedule overview is the week at a glance. It will show you what muscle groups we are working each day as well as any Glute Guide workouts you may want to add in. Feel free to write these items in your planner, so you can mentally prepare for each workout ahead of time. These aren’t the actual workouts… those will be posted each day.

When and where will I find the workout of the day?

Your Fall Challenge workout will be posted right here every morning (actually, they will be posted really late the night prior) to accommodate those workout out early in the day. Simply swing by here every AM for your workout.

For the Premium Challenge Pack girls, you should have already received an email with a link to access the complete week of workouts ahead of time.



The workout of the day will be a weighted or cardio workout. We will use dumbbells, a kettlebell, cable machine (or a resistance band if working out at home) and a barbell (you can use dumbbells if you don’t have one, but I highly suggest purchasing a small barbell because they’re that good!)


These workouts are part of the premium challenge pack’s Glute Guide. It’s an additional glute workout to do before or after the daily challenge workout.
