LEG + GLUTES SUPERSET WORKOUT

Here is the first new workout for the current Calendar Fitness Plan. While I love following the suggested plans (30×30 & LG Sisters Get Strong), I always have to toss a new workout to feel extra connected to this community.

WORKOUT NOTES:

  • Perform 3 sets of each weighted exercise before moving on
  • In between each weighted movement, perform 1 set of 20 squat jump (example: set 1 glute bridges, set 2 glute bridges, set 3 glute bridges, 20 squat jumps, set 1 side step up…)
