Oh my! Merry Everything! This week is one of the most exciting yet busiest of the year. Here’s something I want us to focus on… ensuring we are “full” so we can spill over onto others. We can be our best if we are opperating at our best. And what better way to be that than prioritizing ourselves and our health! Aim for a workout each day this week; perhaps first thing in the AM before your day gets going. When the holiday season settles, you’ll be so glad you put in the extra effort this week.

Workouts are posted at midnight, so those working out in the early morning will have them available.
