Switch Up Fitness Schedule (Nov 13-19)

Sign ups for the Fitmas Challenge begin tomorrow and the challenge begins November 21st! For the next week, we will stick to this Switch Up Fitness Schedule!

The Ebook Switch Up is our fresh and fun fitness plan – jumping between LG fitness ebooks for workouts that are different each day… weights, circuits, body weight resistance, cardio, HIIT, longer workouts, shorter workouts, stretching.
For those of you who already have the LG workout ebook programs, this is a perfect way to reuse them in a brand new way and after this ebook switch up, you can use the programs as they were written

Here’s what you need to know:

  • Every Sunday, your weekly fitness schedule will be posted so you can plan ahead
  • You will find the corresponding workouts in 30×30 Fat Loss Shred and Weight Training Plan (Home) / Weight Training Plan (Gym)
  • Give these workout your all… you’ll want to get a head start once the next challenge rolls in
