Beauty + Booty Challenge: Week 3 Schedule

Here’s some pretty exciting news… researchers say it takes about 21 days/3 weeks to form a habit. We have exactly that time frame remaining during this challenge! Let’s all recommit, crush the next 3 weeks’ worth of workouts and meals and then reap not only the challenge benefits but also the healthy habits that will stick with us far beyond the challenge! Week 3 Reminders:
SUNDAY SCHEDULE: every Sunday, you will see a schedule like the one below. These aren’t the actual workouts. Rather, this is a schedule overview for planning purposes so you can see what we are up to each week. I’ve also created a printer-friendly version of the schedule for you to download!
DAILY WORKOUTS: your daily workouts will be posted every day at midnight, so you’ll have them early in the AM. Swing by LaurenGleisberg.com in the morning for your workout!
Premium Challenge Pack – if you upgraded yourself this challenge, today (every Sunday), you’ll receive the weekly workouts + cardio add on plan ahead of time via email!
