Tip of the Day: Your refrigerator is to your health journey as your gas tank is to your car. When I just shared that with my husband, Anthony he said, “oh I like that… and you could also say ‘a high-end car requires premium gas as a quality fuel source just like someone looking to look and feel their best would need to stock their refrigerator with quality, healthy food items.'” Thanks, babe! When it comes to our eating habits, we like simplicity. We reach for food we have on hand. We tend to take the quicker, easier route. That’s okay! Let’s just prepare for that. Let’s fill our fridges full of healthy items. Go ahead and reach for those carrots and that hummus instead of chips because it’s what’s easiest. No problem… sip on that fruit infused water over the soda. Make it easier for yourself by doing a refrigerator revamp!
