Ebook Switch Up Week 5 Fitness Schedule

The Ebook Switch Up plan is our opportunity to enjoy a totally different type of workout each day: weights, circuits, body weight resistance, cardio, HIIT, longer workouts, shorter workouts, stretching!

For those of you who already have the LG workout ebook programs, this is a perfect way to reuse them in a brand new way and after this ebook switch up, you can use the programs as they were written… now that’s what I call a twofer ((two for one ;))
Here’s what you need to know:

  • Every Sunday, your weekly fitness schedule will be posted so you can plan ahead
  • You will find the corresponding workouts in 30×30 Fat Loss Shred and Fit For Life (home workouts) / Total Body Transformation (gym workouts)
  • Give these workout your all… you’ll want to get a head start once the spring challenge rolls in
