eggs and summer squash for an early morning treat that will keep me full and

Ingredients:
1 summer squash or zucchini,
thinly sliced

½ teaspoon kosher salt
2 teaspoons olive oil
¼ teaspoon black pepper
4 large organic eggs
1 whole cayenne pepper or
hot pepper of you choice, sliced into rings

1 teaspoon hot smoked
paprika (If you don’t have that, combine
¾ teaspoon paprika with ¼ teaspoon of cayenne powder)

the olive oil over medium heat. Season the squash with pepper, and cook until
softened, about 5 minutes. Remove the squash from the frying pan, and turn the
heat to medium-low.

Whisk the eggs together in a
medium bowl and add the hot pepper, chili powder, hot smoked paprika, tomatoes,
