ConfidenceKini Body Tip of the Day: Do you ever face gym-timidation aka fearfulness of working out in a gym setting? If you do, first off, know you’re not alone. In fact, there are some areas of the gym that even I fell a bit uncomfortable in on occasion, but today’s tip if for those of you who face those feelings on a more regular basis. It’s also a tip that I used regularly when I first began lifting weights in the gym. Make your own gym within the gym; grab all your necessary equipment for the workout and situate yourself in a corner, empty group fitness room or somewhere semi-private. This will help give you the confidence to do your lifting in a gym setting while still feeling like you’re on your own. I’ve had some of my best workouts doing this…you’ll notice an incredible amount of focus through eliminating little distractions like washing off equipment or waiting for machines, which is exactly why I created today’s workout using only a kettlebell.

    Only 10% of the people in gym follow the correct workout plan. Everyone need to follow the correct workout routines that depends on their height and weight. You need something like "High Performance Handbook" or some course that offer "only for your body" program.
