ConfidenceKini Body Tip of the Day: AB TIPS! You may notice today’s schedule change – what was supposed to be an arms workout is now a cardio and abs workout. Why?? Because it’s a ConfidenceKini Challenge and what’s more motivating than hardcore ab training! However abs come from so much more than crunches, so I want to provide 3 tips to go along with today’s workout!  


ConfidenceKini Ab Tips:
(1) Dial Down the Dairy
More of us are more sensitive to dairy then we even realize. Specifically, many of us bloat in response to the digestion of dairy. If you’re looking for a place to make a difference in your waistline, try decreasing the amount of dairy in your diet.
(2) Give them Rest
You may notice I don’t post ab exercises every day even during a bikini-style challenge. Abs, just like any other muscle group, require adequate rest and recovery to develop, so giving yourself at least 48 hours in between ab training sessions is advantageous.
(3)Focus on the Food
The surest way to see abdominal progress is to focus on eating the right foods in the right amounts ((I explain exactly how to do that in here)) This is important because fat loss is a systemic process, meaning you cannot pick and choose where you lose fat. In order to reduce belly fat, we must reduce overall body fat through fitness AND nutrition to reveal those abdominal muscles.

Daily Challenge: Kicking off the second half of the ConfidenceKini Challenge, motivation will be especially important. Find and share an inspirational quote that summarizes why you started and why you will continue to give it your all!

    I'm not sure if you read the comments but I love your blog, I have been pinning all the workouts to use at a later date. The reason is because I bought your total body transformation and want to finish the full 12 weeks before I start. I have never been so excited to workout and go to the gym before. I am older than probably most of the women on here but It feels good to be where I'm at and I feel like I have you by my side. Thank you.
