#LGTeamKini | ConfidenceKini Challenge: your 6 week plan to build a bikini body that exudes fitness, strength & confidence

We are all in this together!
We are a team of real women seeing real results, now, for summer!
And we’re building a bikini body unlike any other!
It’s a body that is fit and strong and belongs to a women that is full of confidence.

Envision this…
You go to put on your bikini ((yes, I said bikini)) and it not only fits like a glove, but you also love the way you look and feel in it. Your fit, toned arms reach into the air as you feel the warm summer breeze. You days are spent in love and laughter; with each giggle, you feel your defined, tight core engaging as it does in all your empowering workouts. Your shapely, lifted backside is perfectly perky just like your personality. Every summer moment is enjoyed. Every bit of yourself is loved. You’ve created a confident bikini body that exudes fitness, health, and strength, and you’ve done so with the help of your loving and supportive LGTeamKini!
What is the LGTeamKini Challenge?
The LGTeamKini Challenge is your 6 week health, fitness and lifestyle plan to build a bikini body that is physically fit and lean and exudes confidence. It’s your way to run into summer looking and feeling your personal best alongside your LG community! It begins next Sunday, April 12th.
What are the workouts like?
FREE workouts will be posted each day right here! All you have to do is stop on by each morning for your daily workout (posted the night prior so those working out in the AM have it too). Workouts will be weight training and cardio based, helping you build a body that is fit and lean!
The workouts I create will help transform your body and help you build strength and confidence outside of the gym, especially with the new challenge addition of…wait for it…running a 5K!
Did you say running?
Absolutely! This challenge will work on building a banging body and increase your physical fitness. Don’t worry…we will take it slow and build up gradually each week! At the end of the 6 weeks, we will celebrate by walking or running a 5K (~3.1 miles) together #LGRaceDay
Here’s why you’re going to love this…setting a goal like completing a 5K (even at your own pace) will keep you motivated to give every workout your all. Also, running is highly linked to hormones, such as endorphins and endocannabinoids, which will contribute to a happier you! Let’s get healthy and happy!
What is with the daily challenges?
All my challenges have a daily challenge component included. It’s a way to keep you engaged and having fun. From things like posting a inspirational quote to sharing a picture of your workout outfit or favorite fruit infused water drink, the daily challenges will make you want to join the fun!
How can I stay accountable?
To stay connected and accountable, we will use social media check ins on
Instagram to work through this plan together! Ideas for picture uploads
include, but are not limited to meals, recipes, workout selfies,
completed challenges, lifestyle pics, etc.

On Instagram, be sure to use the hashtag #LGTeamKini + #LGAccountability and tag me, @laurengleisberg so the community and I can see/like
your pictures to connect! Feel free to peruse the
hashtags as well for inspiration from all the other ladies working
through the plan! 

Invite your friends, family, co-workers, etc….anyone
who will further help keep you motivated!
Help me out…what are some incentives?
At the end of the 6 weeks, transformation pictures may be submitted to
me via email; winners will be chosen by me based on overall dedication
to the program through check ins, willingness to help and inspire
others, and personal progress. The top 3 winners will each receive a $50
gift card of their choice of either Nike, Lululemon, Sports Authority or Dicks Sporting Goods. 
Mark these 6 weeks in your calendar!. Do some grocery shopping to eat according to the LG Meal Plan to supercharge your results! Get your training shoes and gym clothes set to go! And join me one week from today to get started!

Here’s how to join #LGTeamKini & participate in the ConfidenceKini Challenge:
(1) Read the details of the ConfidenceKini Challenge

(2) Commit to the challenge by adding your name to the mailing list below and uploading a photo (or mine) to Instagram,
stating you will be participating & hashtagging #LGTeamKini &
#LGAccountability

((I’ll be on there to meet all of you, my fellow teammates & I encourage you to meet them too))

(3) Invite a girlfriend, sister, co-worker or anyone who will help you
stay accountable! If you don’t have one, don’t worry…through
#LGTeamKini you’ll feel like you’ll be working out and connecting with
your best friends daily!

(4) Take “before” photos, perhaps in a bikini. You certainly don’t have
to share them yet, but I promise you’ll be happy you took them when
you’re ready to show off your ConfidenceKini Body!

((I suggest taking one from the front, side, and back))

(5) Set a few goals and be specific as possible with them.

If they’re physical goals, describe the exact physical improvements you
want to make and maybe even find some fitspirations who depict this.
List physical fitness improvements you’d like to make, such as running a
mile without stopping or working on your sprinting speed. Don’t forget
to include some lifestyle goals like becoming more present or letting go
of anxiety.

(6) Get set to GO! …to go amazing places with your mind and body!
