March 23-27 Schedule

Another wonderful week, another workout schedule to help you feel strong and empowered to take on all you’ve got going on this week!

As I work to make our next challenge extra special, I’m providing a weekly workout schedule to help you stay on track!

Because a lot of you have all my fitness ebooks, I’ve created a fun way to utilize all those workouts =crazy fun combos =switch ups = shock the body =even better results

Remember…this “in between challenge” still has incentives; to the 2 people who make the most progress (inside & out) & who show the greatest dedication through regular Instagram check ins (#LGAccountability), I’m giving away one-one-one coaching calls!

March 23-27 Schedule: 

MONDAY
Workout: Day 16 from 30×30 Fat Loss Shred 
Challenge: Take me up on the 5 minute AM motivational routine I suggested in yesterday’s email newsletter – share your insertional quote #LGAccountability


If you don’t have 30×30 Fat Loss Shred, you can use a previously posted circuit workout (here)


TUESDAY:
Workout: Phase 2, Workout A – Legs from Total Body Transformation
Challenge: Practice an attitude of gratitude today, share something/someone you’re thankful for #LGAccountability


If you don’t have Total Body Transformation, you can use a previously posted leg workout ( here ) 


WEDNESDAY: 
Workout: Phase 1, Workout B – Cardio from Total Body Transformation
Challenge: Give a #WomanCrushWednesday shoutout to one of your fellow #LGAccountability members


If you don’t have Total Body Transformation, you can use a previously posted cardio workout (here)

THURSDAY: 
Workout: Phase 3, Workout A – Chest & Shoulders from Total Body Transformation
Challenge: Show you’re ready to take on the rest of the week by wearing a b-r-i-g-h-t outfit to the gym today #LGAccountability


If you don’t have Total Body Transformation, you can use a previously posted upper body workout (here)


FRIDAY: 
Workout: Phase 2, Workout A – Arms Circuit  from Fit For Life
Challenge: Go for it! Flex Friday – show off those beautiful lady guns #LGFlexFriday #LGAccountability
