#LGKickStartFit Wrap Up (Day 35) – 2/7

Don’t forget your final #LGKickStartFit progress photos are today! I suggest looking at your before photos and taking today’s pictures in a similar outfit and in the same spot. Then, place those pictures side by side to see how far your body has come. That’s just one way to measure progress! Also, note how you feel, how your energy is, and how your outlook has changed!

These past five weeks have gone so incredibly fast! I cannot believe we’re wrapping up #LGKickStartFit and already well into February! #LGKickStartFit was intended to help you begin 2015 on a healthy note, building not only a strong, fit and lean body, but also picking up healthy habits to help sustain your results and incorporate health and fitness into your lifestyle!

Overall, these challenges have been an absolute blast for me and I hope for you as well! I love a theme, organized health and fitness plans and a start/stop date! I think you’ll be quite happy to hear that these challenges will be here to stay!  While I get to planning our next challenge, I don’t want to leave you without a health and fitness schedule, so you can find that below!

For those of you who have been with me from the beginning, I know a lot of you have all my ebooks and have completed them, so this is a fun way to put those to use workouts to use! In addition, I’ve included a daily theme to keep our #LGAccountability fun and lively.

As for a hint for our upcoming challenge…there will be workouts, recipes, tips, quotes, music, and everything will be centered around loving your body, yourself, and your life even more than you already do! Don’t we all just want to close our eyes each night and fall in love with ourselves and the lives we lead?! I know I do! Let’s do that together!

February 9-13 Schedule:

MONDAY
Workout: Phase 2, Workout B – Legs & Glutes from Total Body Transformation
Challenge: Wear your brightest outfit to the gym today – start your week off with a statement! #LGAccountability

If you don’t have Total Body Transformation, you can use a previously posted leg workout ( here )

TUESDAY:
Workout: Phase 2, Workout A – Arms Circuit  from Fit For Life
Challenge: Treat yourself to a relaxing bath – you deserve it! Epsom salt, candles, and maybe even a glass of wine?! #LGAccountability 

If you don’t have Fit For Life, you can use a previously posted arm workout (here)

WEDNESDAY: 
Workout: Day 23 from 30×30 Fat Loss Shred
Challenge: You’re half way through the week! Why not find and share a motivational quote that will help you finish out the week strong?! #LGAccountability

If you don’t have 30×30 Fat Loss Shred, you can use a previously posted circuit workout (here)

THURSDAY: 
Workout: Phase 3, Workout A – Chest, Shoulders & Cardio from Total Body Transformation
Challenge: Wind down with a cup of tea this evening! It’s almost the weekend! #LGAccountability

If you don’t have Total Body Transformation, you can use a previously posted upper body workout (here)

FRIDAY: 
Workout: Day 7 from 30×30 Fat Loss Shred
Challenge: It’s almost Valentine’s Day – show yourself some love by treating yourself to a pink or red delight: fresh red roses, a pink manicure, bubbly rose, red pumps, etc. #LGAccountability

If you don’t have 30×30 Fat Loss Shred, you can use a previously posted cardio and ab workout (here and here)

In addition to those workouts, I want you to supercharge your results by focusing on eating healthy. My top three suggestions are 1) portions – ensuring you’re getting enough without the excess 2) balanced meals – containing all three macronutrients in addition to veggies for nourishment and 3) treat meals – allow yourself 2 this week
