What is #LGLoveYourselfFit?

In short, it’s one of many free blog challenges I host with daily workouts, tips and accountability challenges. This one is all about using health and fitness as a tool to boost your self love, confidence and overall happiness!

Self-Love Message of the Day:
A lot of loving who you are right now comes from appreciating the past. Oh…the past. It may be hard to think about that without some not so pleasant emotions creeping up. Tomorrow, we will dive into the struggles we may have from the past, but today, I want to focus on appreciating who you are now in this very moment because of what you’ve done in the past.

Wouldn’t it be amazing if we could be proud of who we are now: mistakes, flaws and all. Being proud does not have to be confused with being arrogant. It is a sign of high self-esteem, which comes from knowing who we want to be, then making our best attempt at growing in that direction. Each one of us fits into that category…you wouldn’t be stopping by my blog if you weren’t trying to become a better version of you! Be proud of that!

In my opinion, the best part of feeling proud of who we are is that it sets a strong and inspirational example for those around us. There’s something magical about the fact that each one of us has the ability to inspire, whether it’s your children, your friends, your co-workouts, complete strangers, or your fellow #LGAccountability community members! I like to say what we look for is what we see, so why not look for reasons to be proud of ourselves and our accomplishments as we may just find more!

Daily Challenge: Take a look back at your accomplishments and relish on the joy that comes from remembering one of your proudest moments. We would love you to share that moment with us!
