About that ridiculously long pony tail…I cut it…myself! Just a few inches! I have been feeling so empowered by riding my life of all dead weight: people, situations, thoughts, etc. I got a bit carried away! I guess that is the definition of #longhairdontcare

Also, I’m sorry for the delayed post yesterday! I post my blogs every night at 11 PM CST to ensure those who workout in the AM have access to the day’s workout, but yesterday I simply forgot. I received A LOT of messages & emails about that. It’s proof that I’m human and by no means am perfect. I’m sorry if your Monday workout was off because of it!

Tasty Tuesday Tip: Reinvent to create new things! We all have our favorite food items – they’re the ones we consider staples and never fail to pick up at the grocery store! While I do think it’s beneficial to try completely new things in terms of meals, I also like to suggest taking what you already love and prepping it differently to create a completely new meal! All this requires is a quick Google or Pinterest search. If, for instance, you love salmon, type in, “healthy salmon recipe” and see how others are cooking salmon dishes! Creativity helps with consistency because it decreases diet boredom!
