I was super excited to buy this when I woke up this morning. I read the entire thing after my morning workout. I loved how it was short and to the point. I love your approach to eating and I hope that it'll help me to get leaner in the new year.
Hi Lauren, I just bought your Ebook this morning and love your easy to follow guidelines. Just one question with the meals/recipes. Some of them don't contain all 5 of the macro nutrients Ie. are missing either the veggie or a carb or something. Is that for us to then substitute your recommended amount in or with those meals can you just not include all five groups?? Thanks Lisa

How do you figure out which group (protein, carb, fat, veggie) a certain food falls under? I have seen that nuts can fall under fat and protein so I am just a bit confused.
