I’ve never been someone who dislikes cardio. I know the power a great workout has on how I feel for the day. If there’s one thing that can get you to the gym or get you through a tough workout, let it be the amazing feeling you know you will have when you finish!

I’ve been talking about getting back into video blogging and onto YouTube for quite some time now. However, I (yes, me – the one who’s preaching about just going for it) found every excuse in the book to put if off. I would stop myself from moving forward with this by thinking, I don’t have the best camera, I’m not very familiar with YouTube, I don’t know what I would talk about, etc. All the excuses stemmed from fear. When I was able to move past the fear of putting myself out there and trying something new, I was able to just go for it!
With that said, I am officially on YouTube. The first video is just a fun Q&A, but there’s lots of juicy stuff to come! Don’t forget to subscribe so you don’t miss any videos! I already have more lined up for this week 🙂
