For this week’s combo pack (meal plan & 5 workouts):
It’s amazing how good you feel when you eat well and get your sweat on regularly! I’ve never felt better inside and out! Happy girl 🙂

Tip of the Day: How are you measuring your workouts? Are you judging a successful workout by the number of calories your heart rate watch or cardio machine displays? Are you defining a good workout by how sweaty you are? I challenge you to begin assessing your workouts by this…how much you are enjoying them. When you love what you are doing, the more likely you are to stick with it. Therefore, it seems intuitive that if we want to set ourselves up for physical fitness success, we would participate in workouts we genuinely enjoy. Do things out of the ordinary – dance for cardio, bench press your daughter, jump to music on a trampoline (or is that just me?). Whatever it is, ENJOY IT!
Should I judge my workout every time?
Cos I always doing my exercises 30 minutes and sometimes I'm counting calories but actually it doesn't matter for me how sweaty I'm 🙂 effects are the best judge I think.

Suppose Anything Goes
I measure my workouts by how satisfied I am when I leave the gym. I ask myself if I gave my weight training my all or if I stayed in a safe zone. I throw in how well my run went after every weight training session to assess just how well my workout was all together.
