Tip of the Day: Juice = power! On Sunday, I came down with a terrible migraine (I’ve never previously had one – oh em gee, ouch). While I did succumb to some Western medicine in the form of over the counter pain reliever, I knew I had to follow it up with some “Lauren medicine” as well. I am a huge fan of juicing, and typically juice my own fruits and veggies. Don’t underestimate the power of fresh juice! Juices such as this one are highly nutritious, packed with vitamins and minerals. Many are super hydrating and alkalizing, which means it equalizes the pH of our bodies. Inner health is where it’s at! Be sure you’re insides are healthy so you can look and feel great!
