Chest:
-Push ups off knees
-Incline bosu ball push ups
     superset with decline bosu ball push ups
-Dumbbell flat bench press
-Cable crossovers
-Dips

Triceps:
-Overhead cable rope extensions
-Barbell close grip chest press
     superset with bench dips

Tip of the Day: One
of my 2014 goals is to share more about myself with you loves. I am so
taken back and flattered at how open, honest, and vulnerable you are
with me in the comments, messages and emails I receive. I think it’s
funny that people put me in a different category because I have
followers on an Instagram account; I’m no different than anyone else on
here!
So, my first of many postings about things you may not know about me is
that I highly value hard work. All my life, I’ve been an incredible
dreamer and I’ve worked very hard to make those dreams a reality. I am
not afraid to get a little dirty. I am not “above” any type of work. I
don’t have a clock in and out mentality…I work until I get a job done.
I work hard because I want the things that not everyone is willing to
work for. I believe the most fulfilling things are those we must work
the hardest at.

Ebook Update:
I recently announced that I will be releasing my first home workout ebook on Monday, January 13th. I am so thrilled to talk more about this project because I’ve been working extremely hard on it to ensure the workouts, nutrition advice and tips are quality and result-driven. The 12 week workout program will require only 3 pieces of equipment: 1) a set of dumbbells (I used 10lb dumbbells) 2) a resistance band and 3) a jump rope. You don’t need to buy anything new if you already have things that work, but I purchased all 3 at Walmart for very low prices. 
There are many other goodies that are packed into the ebook, so keep checking in as I will continue to drop details daily 🙂 As always, thank you for your support! Let’s get sweaty together!
