Legs (Hamstring Emphasis), Glutes & Abs (Week 5) – 12/5

Legs/Glutes:
-Seated leg curls
     superset with walking barbell lunges
-Stiff legged barbell deadlifts
     superset with side to side squat jumps
-Smith machine split squats
-Lying leg curls with dumbbell on bench
     superset with weighted glute bridges

Abs:
-Cable rope crunches
     superset with bicycle crunches
-Hanging leg raises
     superset with hanging oblique crunches

do your cravings kick in?? I get late night cravings but I’ve had to
teach myself the difference between physical hunger and mental hunger.
With my meal plan designed around fat loss, the mental hunger is
something I’m struggling with lately. This natural Italian ice is a
