Arms, Abs & Cardio (Week 7) – 12/18

Arms:
-Cable rope triceps extensions
-Incline dumbbell bicep curls
-Barbell bicep curls
     superset with bent over dumbbell kickback
-Dips off bench
     superset with dumbbell hammer curls

Abs:
-Lying leg raises
     superset with scissor kicks
-Plank with toe taps
     superset with plank

Cardio
-15 min steady state cardio

Tip of the Day: Busy is NOT an excuse! Answer this question – how many hours do you have in a given day? So I’m being a little bit of a smarty pants, but I want you to realize that we all have the same 24 hours. Yes, some of us work more, some of us have children, but don’t use those as an excuse. In fact, for me, the more I have to get done in a day, the more I actually do – workouts and healthy eating included. It’s all about your perspective on it. I challenge you…for just one day, refrain from using the word “busy.”
