Shoulders & Glutes – 10/24

Shoulders:
-Dumbbell side lateral raises
     superset with dumbbell shoulder press
-Barbell upright row
-Rear delt flye machine
     superset with bent over dumbbell rear delt raises

Glutes:
-Cable kickbacks
-Bulgarian split squats
-Barbell glute bridges
     superset with dumbbell sumo squats

Meet my twin 😉 We had a killer workout! Showed her how to construct a killer shoulder workout hitting the front, lateral, and rear heads of the deltoid (shoulder) muscle, and, of course, we kicked each other’s bootys with some glute isolation movmements!

Eat Clean to Get Lean: Loving Meal #3 from this week’s Fitness Barbie Meal Plan – protein trail mix: raw sunflower seeds, raw almonds, raw pumpkin seeds, dried cranberries, dried fruit… pure deliciousness. Reason I like this meal so much is because there are often times where I am hungry and my meal time comes up yet I’m out running errands or driving in my car; this meal is a great go-to for those times since you can easily pack it in a bag and snack wherever!
