WORKOUT WITH ME WEDNESDAY: Arms Circuit (#LGFitmas Day 18) – 12/10

Workout Wednesday Tip: One training tip that transformed my arm workouts and progress had to do with immobilizing the elbows during movements. In many arm exercises like bicep curls or cable push downs, you may notice that your elbows want to pop out to the sides; this takes the workload off of the intended target muscle and allows for secondary muscles to activate and assist. Make an effort to keep your elbows pinned to your sides during arm exercises! If you’re working out with a partner, you can even ask them to hold your elbows at your sides to ensure they’re not swinging around!
