Dollar a Day Training: For the exact reps and weight suggestion ranges, download today’s dollar a day training program! For me, fit arms is all about knowing how to manipulate the reps. I used to fear “big” arms, but have found that building in certain areas while keeping other areas tight can be accomplished by varying reps! This circuit is a calorie burning and will have the heart rate elevated, so my training tips are all about form and tricks to help achieve fit arms even when fatigued.

Eat Clean to Get Lean: Dried
fruit 😀 When you’re sweet tooth cravings kick in, dried fruits are a
great alternative to refined sugar. Fructose is the natural sugar found
in fruit, but many manufactures add additional sugar for added flavor –
beware! These products are already high in natural sugar/carbs. Remember
to always check the ingredient list! My current favorite are dried
bananas & mango.

Lauren’s Life: Bedtime
bliss! Absolutely loving my new down comforter that arrived yesterday!
I’m a pretty simple girl, but must admit I’ve been getting caught up in
high thread counts, goose down, and silk pillow cases. Heyy, I’m a girl
about quality sleep 🙂 Side note – I cannot emphasize how important quality sleep is to a healthy and fitness regimen. Workouts literally break down muscle fibers and only if given proper recovery can those muscles build back up to yield results. Bottom line… be sure to get lots of beauty sleep 😉

Awesome work out! I hadn't decided what to do at the gym yet today but this looks great!

Speaking about recovery – I've reached a weight loss plateau and I've been really tired lately. I usually exercise every day, but after a friend's advice I exercise maximum 4 times a week and sleep over 8 hours a night. I don't feel a change, so it just got me more confused.
My question is: can our bodies recover properly if we exercise every day or is that not the problem to my loss of energy?'
    Love your blog btw!!!!
