Legs (plyo emphasis):
-stiff legged barbell deadlifts
-superset with jumping lunges
-leg press
-superset with bosu ball pop squats
-weighted walking lunges
-superset with long jumps
-10min stairs or inclined walking
TIP OF THE DAY: Don’t be too hard on yourself! I emphasize this all the time and I hope it’s sunken in – health and fitness is a lifestyle. There will be good days, bad days, ups, and downs, but what is important is that you stay persistent. When you’re having a bad moment, day, week, or month, realize tomorrow is a new day! When you beat yourself up or turn to restrictive measures like excessive workouts or restricted calories, you will only set yourself up for relapses in the future. Take a deep breath, think of how far you’ve come, and keep your eyes set on where you want to go, maintaining a positive attitude!
