Back & Glutes – 6/27

Back:
-Close grip lat pull downs
-Seated cable rows with rope
-Weighted hyperextensions
-Assisted pull ups to failure

Glutes:
-Dumbbell single leg deadlifts
     superset with donkey kicks
-Dumbbell reverse lunges
     superset with dumbbell sumo squats
