Legs – 3/7

Legs:
-10min walking (warm up)
-leg press machine
-stiff legged deadlifts
-barbell squats
-leg extensions
     -superset with seated leg curls
-smith machine bulgarian split squats

*Focus on challenging weight while keeping proper form and getting in a minimum of 15 reps

TIP OF THE DAY: Never sit! Do you know it actually requires muscle contraction to simply stand motionless? Might seem like a given, but standing as opposed to taking a seat in between sets can actually enhance your workout. In the moments where you want to take a seat to relax and catch your breath, try slowly walking around the gym. It’s a little detail, but sometimes the smallest changes yield great results.

Bikini body series, for me, has been decreasing body fat (mainly through diet) while building muscle. For the single reason of loving curves made of muscle, I would never cut calories or do exhaustive cardio! A lifted backside will look great in a bikini, so keep up your cardio AND weights! 
Funny of the Day: LOTS of sunshine this morning, which I was loving! Loving so much that I forgot to take off my sunglasses & warmed up on the treadmill & was about to start my weight training when I looked in the mirror & realized 8)
