Chest, Triceps, Shoulders – 3/26

Chest, Triceps, Shoulders:
-bear walk push ups (pictured)
-pushups with hands elevated
-bench dips
-dumbbell kickbacks
x4 (rest and repeat before moving on)

-incline dumbbell chest press
-dumbbell shoulder press
-dumbbell side lateral raises
x4 (rest & repeat before moving on)

-lying cable triceps extensions (pictured)
x3

TIP OF THE DAY: Try new exercises! I’m making a conscious effort to incorporate new types of exercises & movements into my daily routine. Today I began my first circuit with “bear walk push ups.” Begin with feet wider than shoulder width apart and bear walk your hands out to extended arm plank position. Preform one push up and bear walk your hands pack towards your feat. Repeat again. I only repeated this 5-10 times to allow myself enough strength to complete the rest of the circuit. This movement is great because it trains your whole upper body as well as your abs!
