Cardio Day – 2/27

Cardio Day:
I took the 1st workout posted on my “bikini body series cardio workout” post – the treadmill workout! For the complete post -> https://laurengleisberg.com/?p=1005

Bikini Body Treadmill or Elliptical Workout:
-5min warm up (walking or slow pace on elliptical)
 -25min HIIT
     1min “jogging” on a high incline
     1min “sprinting” on moderate incline
     1min “walking” on a low incline
     …repeat
-5min cool down (walking or slow pace on elliptical)

TIP OF THE DAY: It’s amazing how switching up your cardio routine affects your results. I’m making a conscious effort to give up the cardio machines & opt for routines such as those listed in my bikini body series cardio workout post. The more you confuse the body, the more your body will have to work to keep up =burned calores! Try it with me ladies….lets give up those treadmills, steppers & elliptical! Even if it means a cardio class or jumping around in your bedroom (I’ve done it), cardio training is one that involves an elevated heart rate for extended time, so get creative!

Legs are leaning out! I haven’t added extra cardio or reduced calories; I’ve simply been sticking closer to my exact diet (no nibbles of this and that)
