REST DAY: cardio & stretching – 12/3 (DAY 4)

Rest Day – in this phase a rest day will constitute as a day off from weight training. If you need, you can take a total day off from cardio as well. I do cardio on rest days because I lack energy when I don’t work out and I truly like how my body feels after cardio!

Cardio
-5 min walking (warm up)
-20 min HIIT:
     1 min boxing
     1 min rest
-5 min walking (cool down)

Boxing gets my heart rate really going (almost too high) so be careful to ease into it and take ample rest periods!
