-smith machine squats
-leg press
-barbell deadlifts
-barbell lunges
-calf raises
…repeat 3-4 times
*take 2-4 min rest before repeating; each movement has 25-30reps
TIP OF THE DAY: Leg circuits are a great way to get in a leg workout, focusing on high reps and high volume. Each movement is worked one right after the other. Leg circuits provide a great leg workout as well as an elevated heart rate, incorporating cardio as well! Focus on getting in 25-30 good reps as opposed to increased weight. While these movements still use weight, pick an appropriate weight allowing you to complete high reps!
