Chest & Triceps
Chest:
-push ups (hands wide, keeping elbows in)
-incline dumbbell press
-flat bench dumbbell flys
-superset with flat bench dumbbell press
Triceps:
-reverse grip cable pushdowns with handles
-dumbbell kickbacks
-cable rope pushdowns
-20min cardio (boxing)
Highlight of my workout was boxing in the school gym and having a guy walk into the gym and say “oh my gosh.. I didn’t know who was getting beat up in here. I wouldn’t want to be behind your punch” ….just little me 🙂
