Cardio Day:
Treadmill HIIT
-5 min walking (warm up)
-20min intervals
60min sprint
30sec walk
-5 min walking (cool down)
TIP OF THE DAY: Did you wake up feeling puffy and bloated from all that yummy, yet sodium filled food yesterday? If so, be sure to increase you water intake, add 10-15 minutes of cardio to your workout, and hop back into your diet (make sure to get in enough green vegetables).
30 minutes – all you need to burn almost 300 solid (not calories the machine tells you you’re burning) AND continue burning all throughout the day – one of the benefits of HIIT! Cardio was a bit challenging for me today; felt a little slow and lethargic today – push through it! With an extra clean diet today, you’ll be back to your old self 🙂
I had to wear my down winter jacket to the gym today – sadness 🙁 It was just yesterday that I was in shorts and a hoodie!
