Shoulders 10/3

AM: 30min cardio

Shoulders:
-smith machine press
-side lateral raises with plates
-rear delt fly on peck deck machine
     -superset with bent over rear delt dumbbell flys
-burnout sets of side lateral raise machine

-abs

TIP OF THE DAY: Strength in the gym -> strength in life. Remember the times you used heavier weights after sticking to the same weight for weeks, and realized the strength gain came naturally?! Same goes for life – you are stronger than you think! My personal life is very chaotic right now as everyone can relate to at some time or another. Another reason I LOVE fitness… use the strength and confidence you’ve developed in the kitchen & gym and allow it to transpire into your everyday life.

Now off to Dallas – keep pushing this week y’all 🙂 No skipping workouts, no giving into cravings… you’re only cheating yourself & your body will not let you forget!
